We started Lena Labs because we were tired of the same choice: cheap bedding that pills after three washes, or overpriced “luxury” brands whose main product is their own markup.
Malaysia has a bedding problem. Mass retail floods the market with inflated thread counts and synthetic blends. The premium imports charge hotel prices for a lifestyle fantasy, not the actual quality of sleep in a humid tropical apartment.
We thought someone should fix this — just make a genuinely good sheet, in the right materials for the climate, at a fair price, and tell you exactly what it is. No poetic copy about the “art of weaving.” Just the fibre, the thread count, the ply, and the price.
That's Lena Labs. A small brand, building carefully, getting the spec right before we scale. We're currently in production sampling. When the product is ready to stand behind, we'll ship it.

Built for where we live.
Most bedding is designed for temperate climates. Egyptian cotton at 800TC is sublime in London in February. In Kuala Lumpur in August, it traps heat and leaves you sweaty by 2am.
We chose ELS cotton and TENCEL Lyocell specifically because they perform in warm, humid conditions. Lighter weaves. Moisture management. Breathability over weight.
We also sized everything to Malaysian standards — no hunting for equivalent measurements or hoping an import will fit your local bed frame.
